With Valentine’s Day right around the corner, what better way to talk about talent acquisition than to bring up perfect pairings?! This mailer was all about finding your “perfect match” and used classic pairings — like milk and cookies — to represent the seamless chemistry that exists when two separate parties find their match.

SAPPHIRE Event Work

 

Kronos hoped for 975 leads and surpassed that goal by gaining 1,288 leads at the SAPPHIRE Conference. We also had a goal of 35 attendees at the live theater presentations, and surpassed that goal as well with 50 attendees at the presentations.

Folks were intrigued by our booth concept around becoming a “workforce management superhero” and wanted to learn more. Check it out for yourself!

Workhuman Live ’24 Concept Ideas

Workhuman Live is the world’s premier HR conference and Workhuman’s biggest revenue generator. I had some fun writing conceptual copy for the event in 2024, with options to move toward a fitness theme, a “time travel” theme, and an eras tour/music festival theme. Although the strategy ended up changing and we went with a more direct approach, these were a fun exercise in creativity.

Take Charge Mailer

Kronos was offering customers a complimentary data-driven value assessment to show how they could support a full-charged workforce with powerful data insights. The goal? Get our customers to upgrade to Workforce Dimensions by using their own data to show potential cost savings. I worked in tandem with a graphic designer to come up with the “take charge” copy/design concept.
